There is something so precious about photographs of those we love.
My passion is capturing timeless moments that you will treasure forever … a fleeting emotion, a unique interaction between loved ones, an expression of happiness, thoughtfulness or joy.
I specialise in Newborn, Maternity and Family portraiture and I teach and mentor in photography.
Taking personal portraits is an honour and I consider it my greatest achievement when I’m told that a photograph has truly captured someone’s character. What inspires me is making people feel and look wonderful. I take the time to fully understand what you are looking for and with many years of successful experience I am able to provide a wonderfully warm and relaxing environment for your session.
This allows me to capture the very best portraits of you and your loved ones and take photographs that are timeless; beautifully and naturally reflecting who you are.
For my own inspiration and to deepen my photography knowledge and experience, I invest continually in my own development. My photography has been featured in a variety of international publications such as Marie Claire, Travel + Leisure Magazine and I was Finalist for Travel Photographer of the Year.
I am a member of the Society for Wedding and Portrait Photographers as well as the Newborn Art Academy. I also run all the photography courses for the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington.
Please do give me a call or request a callback to find out more about my portrait sessions and my training and mentoring – I’d love to hear from you.
My home studio is in Teddington, southwest London, conveniently located for public transport and with parking directly outside. I also cover Richmond, Twickenham, St Margarets, Wimbledon, Kingston upon Thames, Kew, Surbiton and surrounding areas in Surrey and London. I offer Portrait, Newborn, Maternity and Family Photography in all these areas, as well as Training Courses & Workshops.
"Our family shoot with Jackie was such a happy occasion. We just smiled and laughed from start to finish! The photographs were simply amazing, we were quite overwhelmed with the results."
Photography is not just my profession it’s what I love doing most. I offer training and mentoring to photographers of all levels. I particularly delight in teaching and sharing my experience to help others achieve extraordinary results that surpass their expectations. We are all born with an innate imagination and I love to unlock creativity in others and build skills and confidence.
I’ve always loved photography, although I didn’t set out to be a professional photographer. After the birth of our second child I took a break from my career in business consulting to follow my passion. We’d just moved to Thailand and I wanted to record this exciting time in our lives, living and travelling in Asia. Soon others were asking me to do the same for them; and since 2008 I’ve been a full-time photographer.

WORKING COMMUNITIES IN BANGKOK CHINATOWN
Mr Heng in Bangkok Chinatown is a most welcoming man. Not content with serving me home made juice and bottles of water, he took great care to brew and serve some reviving Oolong tea… perfectly timed at the point where I had grown weary and wandered down an enticing...
HOPE FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE BANGKOK SLUMS

A SECOND CHANCE IN THE KLONGTOEY SLUMS
Young Phet is one of the lucky ones. Now 2 years old, he is being raised by his great-grandmother, and growing up with the stability and support of family. His great-grandmother, Yai Phat (below left) lost two of her sons when they were young. One drowned in the river...
MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

NOMADS AND VILLAGERS ON THE TIBETAN PLATEAU

TOKYO TSUKIJI FISH MARKET
Gordon Gecko might look out of place in the middle of Tokyo Tsukiji Fish Market, but there are plenty of things that would make him feel right at home. Like Wall St, the world’s largest fish market runs on a frenzy of activity and adrenaline, the most expensive of...
